Team Building. Usually, it means your boss shipping you off to some hippie retreat led by a vaguely Swedish dude who makes you do trust falls with 'Mr. Smelly Lunch' from three cubicles over. That kind of touchy-feely-talk-about-your-chi crap might work for your average pencil pushing middle management, but what are you going do when your job is to skate fast, get low, and hit hard?

In the time-honored tradition of hoodlums, sailors and soldiers alike, the Riot Girls took their newly drafted rookies and drilled some team spirit into 'em. Literally.
